DAMAC Properties awarded Backbone Infrastructure Contract to KAD Engineering & Construction for DAMAC Lagoons in Dubai Land 

This includes the construction, completion, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of the roads and infrastructure in the DAMAC Lagoons – Backbone Roads area, covering approximately 18.5 hectares with a road length of around 9.2 kilometers. The backbone infrastructure works encompass road pavement, parking, kerbs, traffic control signage, and road markings. 

KAD Engineering & Construction will also handle utilities and services engineering, including electrical works, telecommunication, street lighting network, potable water supply works, main irrigation works, fire-fighting works, and sewerage and stormwater networks.
