The scope of works consists of primary infrastructure within precinct PA-04 including an earthworks grading, road works, electrical works including street lighting, telecommunications, IT Works, potable water network, foul sewer network, storm water drainage network, primary irrigation network, firefighting network , construction of spare ducts and testing commissioning.
